Once the rolling paper is filled to your liking, roll the bottom end up to the top end. At this same time you try to pack the weed tightly but not real tight because you won't be able to take a toke from it. Once you have the bottom end and the top end together, you gently roll down the bottom end back down just far enough to pack the weed into a nice roll.
